1. Use of the Service

Beybaes is a Discord bot providing Beyblade-related features including part lookups, deck builders, ratings, and premium server subscriptions. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service while using Beybaes.

2. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium is a per-server subscription. One subscription unlocks premium features for all members of that Discord server.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge via our Discord server.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the Bot or Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Bot.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user or server that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beybaes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
